Dear Mom

Thank you for making me Miss Honey Bear when I was four! For always understanding what was important to me (Miss Honey is a character in Richard Scarry books) and creating a special little doll to for me to hold onto. After decades of love and affection Miss Honey is still with me - - just like you. She's been through a lot and is slightly worn and tattered but she is still soft and warm. She still has her big felt eyes and happy little mouth. She's still very huggable.

I could literally write a huge novel on all the wonderful things you are Mom but today I think Miss Honey is symbolic of who you are and what you mean to me. I love you Mom! xoxoxo
